We will accept returns on any unopened items within 30 days from the delivery date. No return will be accepted after 30 days.
To submit a return, contact our Returns Department at 929.277.7372 or [email protected] and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization). Please provide account name/phone number, invoice number, item number(s), quantity, and the reason for the return.
All returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
Returned products must match the lot number listed on the invoice. Any product that is used, opened or returned without an RMA will be denied.
If the return is the result of an error by Golnit, we will send you a prepaid mailing label for the return of the merchandise.
In all other cases, please send the merchandise using a trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or registered mail within the US). You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs of returning the product to Golnit, and we will not reimburse you or compensate you for any such costs. All Returned items should be sent to:

A copy of the RMA form must be included with the returned product(s) so that your account can be credited in a timely manner.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund (usually within 3 business days of receipt).
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-5 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account. If you would like to order another item in place of the returned product, you will need to submit a completely new order either online or by phone.
